Toolbar polish
Two small patches to the toolbar: it collapses out of your way, and it arrives and leaves with a fade instead of a jump.

- Minimize the toolbar. Collapse it for an uninterrupted look at the page you are annotating, then bring it back where it was.
Improved
- Fade on toggle. Showing and hiding the overlay cross-fades, so switching it off no longer reads as the page flickering.
