Outbound integrations, the annotation board and approvals

Feedback now leaves the page on its own: connect a room to Slack, Teams, Discord or a URL and new comments arrive where the team already works. A full-screen board sorts everything by status, and a thread finally has an ending the person who asked for the change owns.
The gap this release closes is the one between leaving feedback and anyone
seeing it. An annotation was only ever as useful as the chance somebody opened
the link, so a room can now speak for itself in the channel where the work is
already being discussed, and a thread has an ending that the person who asked
for the change is the one to give it.
New
Send annotations out. Connect a room to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or any URL of your own, and new comments post there while nobody has the tab open. A burst of feedback arrives as one message instead of twenty, and the room link comes with it so anyone reading can open the page and see the marks in place.
The annotation board. A full-screen view of every annotation in the room, in columns by status. Drag a card to move it along, or walk it with the arrow keys. It is the same data the side panel shows, arranged for deciding what to pick up next rather than for reading one thread.
Approved. A second ending to a thread, and it belongs to whoever asked for the change. Resolved says the work is done, approved says the requester agrees it is. Without it the person who fixed the thing was also the person who declared it finished.
Present to everyone. Pull the whole room onto your scroll position instead of asking each person to click follow. It grants nothing a follower could not have set themselves, and any scroll or click releases them.
Hide the chrome. Cmd+/ takes the toolbar and the panels off screen and leaves the annotations on the page. Figma's hide-UI, for a clean screenshot or an unobstructed look at what you are reviewing.
Your name and colour in one place. Set both from a single card. Renaming yourself now carries the new name onto the annotations and replies you have already left, so a room does not end up half-signed by someone who no longer exists.
Improved
Agents can see what was approved. An agent reading a room can filter on approved, so it knows which fixes the requester has confirmed and stops asking about the ones that are already settled.
